"Pretty good, but I had a few doubts"
I’d say it’s close to what was shown in the pictures, and overall it looks legit enough. I wanted to be fully excited about it, but a few little details just felt a bit off to me, so I couldn’t totally shake that feeling. Shipping was fine, not terrible, but not especially quick or impressive either. Overall, I’m not unhappy with it, I just don’t feel like it was perfect.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered from mitchcactus.co and expected it to take longer, mostly because I always assume shipping will be a hassle and I wasn’t exactly checking things super carefully. But the tracking worked fine, the package arrived quicker than I expected, and everything showed up safe with no drama. Happy with it overall and I’d order again

The item showed up with barely any protection in the box. It’s not even about the packaging looking nice or anything, I just expected it to be packed well enough to make it through shipping without feeling so careless...

"Pretty good selection overall"
I found a nice mix of cactus seeds and plants when I looked around. A few things seemed to be sold out, I think, but there was still plenty to choose from, so it worked out well

"Feels like too much hassle for the price"
I ordered from Mitchcactus and it was just okay. for the size and quality, it felt kind of overpriced, and then shipping made it even worse. I also felt like I had to put in more effort than I wanted just to figure out if it was worth it, which it really wasn’t for me. Not the worst experience, but I didn’t feel like I got good value. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices came down.

My cactus arrived looking healthy overall. The roots seemed strong and I didn’t see any mushy spots, which was the main thing I was worried about. It was a bit smaller than I pictured, but the quality seems good so... I’d probably buy again.

"Response Took Longer Than I Expected"
I did hear back from the service in the end, so that was good. I just expected a quicker reply than what I got, so the wait was a little disappointing
